Website privacy

About this notice

This page covers the public Avahlon website at avahlon.com, including the Avahlon Early Access interest form. VESFIT’s product website has separate privacy commitments for product-specific experiences.

Browsing the website

You can browse the Avahlon website without creating an account or completing the Early Access form. The public website does not ask you to submit payment information, passwords, medical records, or health measurements.

Early Access interest form

If you choose to register your interest, the form asks for your name, email address, whether you are primarily interested in VESFIT, Aurora, or both, and an optional short message. It also records your required acknowledgement of the form’s contact and safety expectations. A hidden anti-spam field helps identify automated submissions.

Avahlon uses this information to understand interest in its developing products, manage possible Early Access invitations, and contact you about Early Access or related product updates. Submitting the form does not guarantee admission, provide medical advice, or enroll you in a healthcare service.

Do not submit medical records, health measurements, diagnoses, passwords, payment information, credentials, or other sensitive information through this form.

Processing and retention

Netlify hosts this website and processes Early Access form submissions so they can be made available to Avahlon. Avahlon retains submitted information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage Early Access and product communications, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

You may ask Avahlon to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask not to receive future Early Access updates, by emailing admin@avahlon.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission before completing a request.

Contacting Avahlon

The email links let you choose a browser email service, copy the address, or open your device’s email app. Choosing an option does not send a message automatically. If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are delivered to our business mailbox.

For general enquiries, use contact@avahlon.com. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you shared, use admin@avahlon.com.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Fonts. Loading pages, fonts, and submitting the Early Access form requires your browser to connect to those providers. Their services process the requests needed to deliver those functions.

You can read Netlify’s privacy information and the Google Fonts FAQ for details about their services.

Links to other services

Links to GitHub and other websites take you to those services, where their own privacy notices apply. Contact Avahlon at admin@avahlon.com if you have a question about this website.
